Location is excellent, right on the royal mile and staff are efficient and polite, the actual hotel is great, the rooms are clean, spacious,and well appointed.
Great central location, the welcome bottle of iced bubbly in our room on arrival plus the staff receptionist wished my wife happy check in.
Air conditioned rooms and the food excellent at breakfast time.
