Very well located for Cote de Basques beach and perfect location.

Secure underground car park with low roof - beware, we chipped the spoiler on our car when we opened the boot!

Had a facial at the neighbouring spa, which was excellent (got a foot massage, while the face mask was working it's magic - nice touch).

The room has been really nice, big and bed perfect and with a big bathroom.

You certainly don't expect dodgy green carpet, a rock-hard sofa, second-rate bedding and a double bed made from two singles pushed together, especially in a suite.

Room rates are cheap, however - my suite (really a junior suite, and no plusher than a standard room, although much bigger) was Euro 200, and standard rooms are Euro 100 outside Summer.

We arrived early in the morning - before official check in time and were given immediate access to our room - it was clean, a very comfortable bed and a a very peaceful room.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, bed & pillows were great.

The highlight of the actual hotel is the rooftop terrace bar/restaurant where you can enjoy an (expensive) drink or meal and views over the beach and Basque countryside.

We had an evening meal at the restaurant, which was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet.

For a great breakfast at a reasonable price check out Le Queen's Bar - 25, the pool is large enough for a few solid strokes of exercise.

Room was well appointed, bar were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good.

Room large, the bartender in the top floor bar was very friendly professional and breakfast was excellent for france.

All reception staff are very helpful and their knowledge of good local restaurants was great.

The service in the hotel was good, the staff were generally quite helpful and polite, the room was huge.

Other hotels during our tour, all reception staff are very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable.

The adjoining spa is outstnading, great equipment, lovely hot tub and frequent fitness classes with first class trainers.

Well positioned on edge of town 5 mins walk away and the pool terrace superb for an afternoon chilling in the sun looking at stunning views.

The main reason we booked this hotel was for the rooftop terrace and pool which were very nice and well-maintained.

The hotel was very well situated, recption staff made every effort to be welcoming and informative, bathroom was large clean.

Clean and beautiful rooms, the bar has very comfy seating.

The hotel is meticulously clean, room rates are cheap.

We stayed at the Radisson for 8 nights, 2 adults and 2 children, and were most impressed with the very spacious clean rooms.
