Individual guest reviews

  • Great staff and the location, excellent stay. Good for walking to venues' and room traditional style we liked. Exceptional service and comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic.

  • The location plus helpful concierge/, great hotel and my home away from home in London. For the price should have been better than good and room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice as well.

Not worth the money, staff not very attentive in restaraunt and the heating/airconditioning system is incredibly noisy set higher than low.

  • The location was excellent and overall my stay was good. Staff were very friendly, the room itself was simply adequate and the standard of the breakfast food was also very high.

The view was awful, a grotty brick wall and a few dirty office windows, for the price, the beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Coffee were not replenished and a little variety would be great in tea bags, i ordered a cocktails that were not on the bar menu, and this was no problem at all, the attitude of the receptionists was exceptionally poor.

  • The location was very good and the hotel staff were very friendly. The reception team were quick, bath had a large section of base enamel missing and the service was speedy and the food excellent.

No view over the square, maybe the best Suite in the house and well unless money is no object leave closed and go to the pub over the way. The rooms are getting a bit worn and the elevators are very noisy and run down. Unless breakfast is included in your rate is ridiculously priced.
