Well presented property, has extremely helpful and exceptionally attentive staff at all times. The location in the centre of the city. And not very far from Trafalgar Square.

I appreciated being there, everything was amazing.

The room was reasonably large and well-appointed in mini bar fridge when I arrived. Had clean facilities, such as 2 televisions and double glazed windows. Excellent and particularly good location close to the main shopping streets, sights and theatres, which is a major plus and Covent Garden, I felt safe.

New-fashioned, spotless unit with stunning views and bathroom plus amazing balloons.

It was a nice size and well-equipped in mini bar fridge, good enough for celebrating birthday. Coffee/tea making equipment, a mini bar, and a sofa set were appreciated.

All in all, it's gorgeous place that has amicable staff at all times.

Got huge, neat room with the bar, a good bathroom plus aircon. The hotel had a marvellous location minutes from Prince of Wales Theatre.

Nothing too much trouble, we appreciated the place. We booked superior king room with the sofa, mini bar fridge, as for instance. The attached restaurant onsite had wonderful dishes.

I have stayed in superior king room with a king sized bed, drinks, for example for 2 nights. Perfect very central location close enough to lots of choice of restaurants nearby, Trafalgar Square, and the centre of London.

The stuff was really friendly and amicable, always with a smile on face. My superior king room had modern conveniences, including two TVs and double glazed windows.

Had a very lovely stay for three nights, everything was amazing. I booked superior queen room with a trolley bed which turned out to be a new-fashioned room. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to theatre, China town. Popped in Angus Steakhouse for shots before sleep, it was relatively near the venue.

Everything was amazing, including efficient staff at all times. The staff helped us with luggage. The location was excellent and perfect, right by lots of choice of restaurants nearby. It also was right in the square.
