Good location and our stay here was enjoyable after we got used to the parking situation.

The Radisson offers a central location for Mardi Gras and interesting hotel.

The location between two safe streets on the parade route is perfect, the rooms in this hotel are large and the staff is great.

The location was perfect for me, just a couple of blocks off the I-10 exit.

Needless to say I will NEVER sat at any Raddison again, regardless of location.

It is also an older downtown hotel like the Admiral Semmes, but that bathroom was awesome, the bed fabulous and the two simply do not compare beyond location & historical interest.

The rooms are in dire need of a rennovation, the beds are ok, but the rest of the room needs to be upgraded.

The bathrooms are kind of gross; there was mold growing around my bath tub drain.

034;We booked a room for a family of five and were given a room with one double bed in it.

Desk staff were friendly enough, sheets were very nice - of the four pillows on the bed.

When we checked in, the staff asked us if we would like the "Cruise Package" (your stay + parking for 5 days + breakfast in their restaurant) for only like $15.

Bar is great also and breakfast buffet at Oliver's is very good - lots of selection.

We ate at both restaurants - both were nice and the food was good.

Wake up at 5:30 expecting to eat breakfast at 6:00, they weren't open yet even though they were advertising to be.

The restaurant staff is down-home and wonderful.

We were very impressed with the service, the hotel's cleanliness and the staff during our stay at the hotel.

The front desk staff, for the most part, were friendly and competent.

Customer service was not a priority for the staff.

Location was great for walking to downtown sites: restaurants, elevator were extremely hot throughout the entire stay and the lobby was lovely - marble floors.

There is parking in the adjacent garage, but no bellhops.

The lobby was lovely - marble floors, chandeliers, and mirrored mezzanine - old world elegance.

They do have wireless, which you need to get a new code for each day.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The staff were so nice, my room was very clean.

The restaurant staff is down-home and wonderful, the rooms are very clean.

The Radisson offers a central location for Mardi Gras and interesting hotel. The restaurant staff is down-home and wonderful, the rooms are very clean. Bar is great also and breakfast buffet at Oliver's is very good - lots of selection.

The rug in the lobby is filthy and customer service is awful. Check-in seemed to be slow.

Location was great for walking to downtown sites: restaurants, elevator were extremely hot throughout the entire stay and the lobby was lovely - marble floors. In addition the staff was very nice and that the room felt cool to them. The food was excellent.

034;We booked a room for a family of five and were given a room with one double bed in it. When we asked why they said the room had been converted to a handicapped room but you could not tell it on their computer. We managed to squeeze everyone in the room on roll away beds since no other room was available. At 11 pm, when our children were asleep,the manager burst into the room saying we were not checked in.
