The hotel is spacious and immaculately clean with a good restaurant, I had an amazing stay. The rooms were decent size and high-class with comfy beds kept by the efficient staff.

The location of the hotel was great - around 10-15 minutes walk from Metricon Stadium. The room was new-fashioned, impressive and complete with the kids to take a walk and comfy beds, for instance.

Attending a 3-day event allowed ample time to enjoy the outstanding facilities at Racv. The gym, pool, golf course, and restaurants exceeded expectations. Staff, including cleaners, were kind and courteous. The room offered a great view. The children-friendly facilities, like the pool, jumping pillow, and play areas, were entertaining for kids. The friendly staff was always willing to help. The daily breakfast at Kalinda was excellent. The chef, Mr Renesh, went above and beyond to make a special dish that my family loved.

The room was well-maintained and recently renovated with central heating, a private safe, and pay television.

The hotel was immaculately clean with excellent staff and satisfactory breakfast. All in all good setting just next door to a beautiful green lush golf club as well as the Amici restaurant. An executive bar on site.

Unfortunately I was only there for a brief personal business visit, so I was unable to sample all the amenities, but I did manage an excellent massage. All the staff I had contact with were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I hope to return for a holiday in the future.

This resort exceeded my expectations with its spacious and well-appointed rooms. The views of the ocean were breathtaking and the added bonus of a spa in the room was a great touch. The gym facilities were top-notch and I had a fantastic workout. Additionally, the location of the resort was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities of the area.

The balcony was quite small and didn't allow for much use. Additionally, the pictures on the website were misleading, as some of the advertised water slides were no longer available.

The location of the hotel is only a short drive to pacific fair, Robina and surface paradise. The golf coarse is stunning and the restaurants attached to the hotel catered for all. The hotel service was excellent and the accommodation of a hight standard and very reasonably priced. Either for a conference, special occasion or simply to get away I would recommend the Royal Pines Resort to all.

Nothing, however I would have liked a detailing service done on the car while I was there.... Only because I never get the time to do it myself.

Stunningly beautiful and amazing hotel, it has very friendly staff on check-out. The property has the best possible location, in a beautiful setting. Recommend while traveling to Benowa.
