The food was so fancy, like I was dining with royalty! The hotel had all the facilities I needed, plus a bonus outdoor terrace for those classy summer cocktails.

Cleaning was not their forte. They seemed to think that dirty towels and torn bed sheets were in fashion.

location of the hotel is unbeatable for communications with Madrid, right in front of the train station. Tres Cantos bus lines also leave from there. There is a Mercadona right next door, in case we want to buy some snacks or food. room was spacious and bathroom too, bedding was very fresh and quality. My room was oriented to the east and a fantastic sun came in, my stay was very comfortable. There were several plugs for chargers and WIFI was working well. I used the room service, for 13 euros you get a pizza in about 15 minutes. bathroom is well equipped and with very good water pressure. If I go back to Tres Cantos, I would be happy to repeat in this hotel. recommendable.

There was a desk to work at but other hotels have better ones, it wasn't particularly spacious. You could say it's just the TV table with extra space. Few hangers for a two-person room.

Central location right at the train station and close to what (little) available in Tres Cantos for hanging out...

I had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient as it was close to some restaurants and the center of the city. It was also easy to get around as it was next to the train station. The hotel facilities were also top-notch.

Great Location and Good Value

Stayed here over Christmas and it was a lovely experience. Location was perfect-close to the train station with easy access to the city and the technology park, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay with a variety of fresh options available. good value for the price.

The hotel lacked some of the expected amenities and services for a four-star hotel, such as a gym and a pool. the bar closed early and lacked atmosphere.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session because it offers excellent facilities for all sorts of professional gatherings. The meeting rooms are well equipped with projectors, microphones, and sound equipment. The catering and restaurant service added the perfect touch to our business events. The hotel also provides modern advancements like a Business Corner with free wifi, making it the perfect option for both business and pleasure.

The only service that I missed for my work was in-room tea or coffee making facilities.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were very nice and the check-in was available 24 hours. The bed in the room was big and comfortable. Despite some noises from inside, the overall room was quiet. The hotel is right next to the train station, making it easy to travel to the city. There's also a supermarket right in front of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and ever-willing to assist visitors.

The air conditioning was noisy and didn't work properly; however, the reception staff responded promptly to my complaint and provided a fan.
