Amazing service, had wonderful experience.

The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from El Mirador Oaxaca. There was a nice restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel. Stayed in big room with big windows. Enjoyable and absolutely fantastic breakfasts with salads, desserts, meats, everyone could try something new.

It was in a marvellous location with Zocalo Square nearby. Also, the area was very attractive.

The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around Zocalo Square. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport. The room was spacious and big size when I arrived.

Everything was perfect - spotless rooms and fantastic breakfasts. The staff were very attentive and helpful with requests. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an incredibly beautiful view. We appreciated the Mexican cuisine in the restaurant. It was surely a really really nice stay by the service during our entire stay.

I truly enjoyed location which was particularly good and beautiful, close enough to the smaller cafes in the area as well as the conservative Catholic church and the liberal government of Benito Juarez. Oaxaca Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the city. The hotel is located in a historic building, which used to be a monastery. It's close to some very good restaurants and shops, making it so convenient for exploring. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a cozy bed and a nice view of the city. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The cocktails were a bit on the weak side for the price.

Big size rooms with bathrooms much smaller and a very comfortable bed and antique furniture, and amicable personnel. Amazing service throughout the hotel. Pool bar and great pool.

This hotel is the quintessential Mexican historical experience. Magnificent grounds. Colorful decor. Exquisite service. The Colonial architecture of the hotel and the surrounding neighborhood literally takes you back in time.

We really enjoyed the hotel, extensive and savoury breakfast.

Good value, room was large, staff were wonderfully helpful. Also, location was historic, just a short stroll away from a whole church. What's more, it was near the chapel of the 16 century convent, the smaller cafes in the area and the Church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán. The service was all in all efficient. All the facilities were great.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a very nice area, not far from the liberal government of Benito Juarez, all the nice restaurants and bars and Benito Juarez. In overall the room was well-appointed and on up level 220-225. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, at a short distance from a whole church.

The rooms, with their big windows and very comfortable beds, provided a cozy and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel, next to a beautiful garden, added to the overall tranquility of the stay.
