Stunning, unbeatable location to the closest restaurant. Reasonably large and spotless unit with the bar, bath and tea/coffee.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff once helped me with my forgotten belongings. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, kitchenette, air conditioning. Coming back for Easter!

During our recent stay at Quinta Dos Machados, we were impressed by the beautiful setting and the overall sense of tranquility that permeated the entire place. The rooms were cozy and the pool area was lovely. Despite it being a dry season, the area still exuded natural charm. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were polite and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. They had a great attitude and language skills, making us feel welcome. we had a pleasant experience.

I had such a great stay at this beautiful countryside hotel. I got great value for my money and the room was perfect - newly renovated and smelled amazing! The location was perfect, tucked away in a remote area but still accessible from Lisbon. The staff was friendly, kind, and made me feel like I was amongst friends.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if the tables were already set up and utensils were already on the table. But overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was very peaceful and relaxing.

There was a shortage of utensils in the kitchen but the staff did try to help with this.

Absolutely loved the sensory course, star observatory dinner, and decorating Mafra bread dough. The unique decoration, spa, pool, gardens, and wood were delightful.

Oh, and who doesn't love tiny rooms with the smell of old socks? So charming!

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this countryside hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, such as Lisbon, Sintra, and Mafra. We also loved the fact that there was a lovely swimming pool on-site, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the breakfast could have had a better variety, with more local and fresh options.
