Location excellent and il est aussi accessible en bus. The hotel is magnificent and the staff are really friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, the swimming pool is lovely.

The little town of Monte is dead at night, at least not in restaurants you didn't need to take a mortgage out.

Great location, the public bus service into Funchal is frequent and cheap, the hotel is well appointed. The restaurant is amazing, the indoor pool is heated to a pleasant 28 degrees.

Located in an historical village, beautiful views and aside from giving you easy access to Funchal. The gardens are glorious.

Perfect holidays in this lovely island called Madeira, public areas were quite nice and the staff were kind. The bedroom was large, the food was good as was the wine.

The bar the euro exchange rate made comparitively expensive, sheets were not changed daily.

Convenient location for Monte Palace Tropical Gardens and an excellent upstairs bistro between the hotel driveway. Elegant decoration, the staff were very friendly and our room was spacious. The breakfast was good.
