  In a good location and near the sea. Great value for money and feel comfortable like at home. Staffs are very helpful, use the dining room we didnt in the end and we loved sitting out on the terrace. Facilities such as plates to be able to bring takeaway food etc in and lots of little extras - like a pool table.

  Good location, very close to town so we could walk in and can't praise the hotel enough staff very attentive rooms spotless modern. Made you feel at home, the amount of services on offer are too many to mention and glad to find free computer internet. Great full English breakfast cooked to order and i also liked the trust shown to guests in terms of using facilities.

  Travelling round surrounding area, close to town and evening make this hotel well worth a stay. Moreover the Staff are friendly and the room is large. We especially liked being able to purchase drinks out of the fridge using the honesty policy.

  Location is very good and we will be very pleased to stay again. The staff is helpful, bed is comfortable and relaxed attitude to bringing in own food. Free Pool table.

  Location were very good, a big bathroom did overlook the road and the hotel felt like a home away from home. For the money was fantastic and the decoration was up to date. The staff were really friendly and the owners were great.

  Our room was really tiny, the only slight downer would be the parking has made us slighly biased on this subject and the breakfast serving time from 8 to 9 am was a tad short.

  The premises excellent value and only a short walk to beach. Newquay is beautiful and feel comfortable like at home. First class services and owners are efficient and friendly.

  Entrance to the rear car park is too narrow and other tennant leaving bathroom fan on.

  Quiet, relaxing. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good value. Fine of its type.

  No bar facilities. Parking on busy road (yellow lines) before directions to hotel car park.

  As it happens, this suited me. However, it now has more of a guest house feel (permanently locked front door, cluttered ex-bar, only 30 mins for breakfast) which might be an unwelcome surprise for some guests.

  Other attractions and this was the best place we stayed at all the others were good too. Furthermore the Service was always great and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, excellent breakfast included.

  I am sure could not be beaten for location, an ideal base for seeing Newquay and her staff could not be more helpful. Also the rooms are super-tiny and good size breakfast.

  The convenient location and i have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as good as this. Staffs were helpful, room was perfect and the breakfast was great.
