This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially for a two-bedroom apartment. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The location is excellent, being close to all public transport options, making it easy for us to commute into the city and also convenient for those needing to be near the hospital. The rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities and have everything we needed, including air conditioning to keep us comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice touch and added to the overall positive experience.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Some of great tourist attractions like Windsor Siding were really close to the hotel. 25 minutes by car from the airport.

The service staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

The dishwasher threw the circuit breaker out. Staff quickly dealt with the circuit breaker. This was not a problem.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I was traveling for business and it was close to several business offices on St Kilda Rd. Additionally, it was only a short walk to public transportation making it easy to get around this city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the bed was very comfortable. The staff, particularly Emma and Natalie, were lovely and attentive to my needs throughout my stay.

Staff were very nice and were very knowledgeable about the area.

We asked for a non smoking room, however the smell of smoke in our room when we arrived was so strong that it made my eyes hurt. I was very disappointed with this.

Our room stunk of cigarettes all night despite there being a no smoking policy at the hotel. There was a no smoking sign in the area outside our room near the elavator and people continued to smoke because there were ash trays provided. Not pleased. Our clothes smelled of stale smoke the following day. Yuck!

We chose this accommodation due to its close location to the hospital. The sitting area in the apartment gave us ample space to unwind during our stay. The hotel's proximity to public transport allowed us to travel into the city with ease.

The cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired with stained carpets and patches of undercoating on the walls, as stated by previous guests.

As we had a 9 day booking, it really got to feel like home. It is very secure, comfortable, well equipped and handy to public transport.

The stairs leading to entrance. Could probably have entered via car park and taken elevator up, but garage area door was very slow to open so we hauled ourselves up the stairs.The curtains within the double glazing could do with a wash. Everything else was very good.

Key cards didn't work, if you came in late at night, and with no 24 hour reception, you were left waiting outside until someone came out.

I really enjoyed my short stay in this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was close to public transport, making it easy for me to commute into the city and explore all the attractions. Additionally, being located near Chapel Street was a definite plus as there were plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Secondly, the staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Lastly, the room itself was well-equipped with all the facilities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a fully functioning air conditioning unit. I found this hotel to be great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay.

Easy access to transport. Quiet and good location

Our room urgently needed a makeover, carpet was stained, mould on ceiling in ensuite and kitchen cupboards needed repairing and painting.

DIDnt like the kettle didnt work the tv didnt work until we had the staff get it going for us..The vending machine outside stopped working .Also We think we have been charged twice for the room we have 2 identical amounts come up on our statement but have to wait for it to tell us what it is..And last but not least I left my bag in the room and went to the footy and my credit card is missing now so not a good time at all
