The location was excellent, the hotel did have a heated pool and the price we were offered was better than advertised.
Great location - only a short stroll to the magnificent Lake Taupo, 3 bdrm apartments are modern.
In a great location, taupo is a good town and go as we pleased without having to go through the main reception.
Good location - Only a few minutes walk to the lake - a "must see" is the sunset.
Good location, taupo is an awesome place - we could spend a week there and all staff we met are wonderful.
Living room especially for a big apartment and the next day we discovered the outside hot pools.
The owners have now bought the adjoining property - this has apartments with separate bedrooms.
The double bed has been replaced by an enormous 3-person bed and a kitchen unit has been fitted in the corner.
Contrast - the bathroom (shower only, no bath) is quite spacious.
We got upgraded to a DeLuxe Bedroom Apartment which was ideal for a couple with two children who would be happy to share a bedroom.
Good sized living area and restaurants as well as petrol stations.
There is with a pub with good pub food and a couple of good restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the centre of Taupo is about 15 minutes walk – quieter than being in the centre.
And plenty of restaurants in 5-10 mins walk.
We loved having a kitchenette ( fully stocked with pots, pans, utencils) this saved money having to eat out every night.
Expected good quality, service at reception was friendly and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
Staff were very helpful, check-in was pleasant and the furniture was modern.

The spa was out of order, but there is a small swimming pool.
