Room and facilities were very good. Staff helpful. Great location for Melbourne attractions and public transport. Spacious room with large balcony.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially John. The location of this place is perfect, with plenty of small cafes nearby and easy access to South Yarra station and tram stops. We loved being in this trendy inner suburb and it was so convenient to explore the shops, restaurants, and nightclubs on Chapel Street. Additionally, this hotel is right next to the train station, making transportation a breeze.

With such fantastic service, amenities, and location, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I felt that we were staying in a second home rather than a hotel - we did get the 1 bedroom apartment rather than the studio - and it was lovely to have a full kitchen, spacious living area, separate bedroom and good tv rather than the far smaller facilities provided at hotels I've stayed for similar cost.

The checkout time was hardly flexible. 10am, or if staying till 11am, $100 more!

Studio appartment too small for a family, worth upgrading.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to train station and shops/restaurants. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer and clean bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the gym is decent enough for a quick workout.

The noise level of the hotel is unbearable due to the nearby construction and train traffic.

Location near to public transport and range of good eating from cheap to quality, quiet area, spacious room,and comfortable bed. Good gym.

Demand for the reservation of $300 on credit card, particularly without earlier advice, minimal housekeeping, minimal kitchen equipment and few tv channels. Pool nit a swimming pool at all, merely a plunge pool.

excellent staff support

security issue - my keyless card did not work when I was up on the top floor in the gym and there was no way of contacting anyone on reception to let them know the difficulty. In addition, the fire door on this floor was open but those on floors 4 and 5 were locked preventing access this way. Fortunately, someone in the gym helped me out.Staying over the Labour day weekend meant that no cleaning was carried out but the room was spotless and fresh towels readily available from reception.

Whether it's for a school band trip or a family vacation, this hotel caters to all types of visitors. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, and the free parking was a huge bonus for our big family.

For dads, it would be great if there was a designated play area for children.

The location. It suited our needs.

We had difficulty with the parking. Secure doors did not open from the outside. Had to enter via front reception and walk down to parking to open from inside. Also on check out the staff at reception did not query if we enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities with clean and comfortable rooms. The natural light in the apartment was a bonus. The location was convenient with easy access to South Yarra Train Station.

Nothing room was not very private and noisy , would not stay again

Car parking was very difficult as car spaces are very tight.being given a room next to the railway lines was very annoying kept all of us awake all night and the room with a view that we asked was terrible rail cables and rail lines outside our balcony . room looked better online than it was
