Central location, great bed & friendly staff

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sale for a city break and thought the central location was wonderful. It was within walking distance to many local eateries and supermarkets, plus a short drive to nearby attractions like the beautiful beach at The Honeysuckles. The bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I did encounter a few negative aspects during my stay. The rooms were a bit smaller than I anticipated and there was a connecting door to another room, which meant I could hear some noise from the neighboring room.

It was modern and decorated tastefully.

The reception staff at Quest were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They quickly resolved any issues I had, such as setting up a cot for my child and correcting a minibar charge error. Their friendly and prompt service made my experience enjoyable.

There were a few maintenance issues during my stay. The bedside lamp and other lights in the room were not working, and the safe had a flat battery.

The way I was greeted when I arrived - the receptionist on duty was very friendly.

Studio room - has cooking facilities but not really a big enough room to sit in it and eat a meal.

I absolutely loved the central location of this hotel in town. It was a short walk to all major attractions, including beautiful gardens, amazing restaurants, and cafes. The availability of parking spaces meant that I never had to worry about finding a spot. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed, including clean and tidy rooms and comfortable beds. Moreover, the staff was very kind and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

Almost perfect - nothing to complain about.

Nothing to dislike

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was right in the center of town, making it super convenient for exploring and finding great places to eat. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was amazing. The bed was huge and so comfortable, I had the best sleep! The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, including a private balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. It offers a central location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

Spacious and Clean Rooms, Great Location, Easy Check-In

The rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants to choose from nearby. The check-in process was a breeze, with friendly and helpful staff to assist us.

The hotel was a bit on the pricey side compared to others in the area. on our first night, we had noisy neighbors who kept us up late into the night.
