The atmosphere created was quiet. I had the a twin room which was a decent size with all the amenities required.

The service is exceptional, includes secure parking.

It was well priced. Booked the hotel for its prime and best possible location close enough to the square in the center of Palmerston North as well as shops, restaurants and bars and inter-regional and long distance coach terminal.

Had a good-sized and pet-friendly room to myself with washing machine, bedroom plus WiFi access. It was in a marvellous and fantastic location down alleyway to a secluded car park behind buildings.

The location was marvellous and incredible for walking around a sports gallery. The staff were consistently courteous and very pleasant, had a great attitude. Had a great-sized and pet-friendly room to myself with bedrooms and the couch, for instance.

The room was neat and functional with private bathroom and lovely views. There were a dishwasher, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator upon arrival. Amazing very central location so close to Palmerston North and the bus stop, close to town and shops, supermarkets. It was 300 ft from Butterfly Pond.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Functional and lovely hotel with very nice employees at my request which I greatly appreciated Nice building, marvellous and stunning location close enough to great eateries, convenient to shops and shops and facilities. Also, in the centre of the Square.

Very professional staff with that particular staff member, everything is fine. The hotel rooms are well-equipped and brand-new with a lovely view and the bedroom, for example. A dishwasher, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the Square and close to everything we needed. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a washing machine and a dryer. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel was a great choice for exploring the major attractions of Palmerston North. I particularly enjoyed the climate control in the room, as well as having a writing desk and ironing facilities available. Additionally, the fact that parking was available on-site was a fantastic bonus.

Brand-new room and great little, comfortable bed. Good-sized bathroom, very friendly and thoughtful staff at my request which I greatly appreciated. Magnificent and ideal location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from City Library.
