Great location and staff helpful re taxis.

The location is excellent and the rooms are kept clean.

This is a new serviced apartment building right on the lower end of Queens street hence a perfect location to walk to all waterfront activities in Auckland, NZ.

Easy access to airport bus and nice balcony overlooking Queen Street.

After getting off at the train station I walked along Queen Street hoping to find somewhere to stay for 4 nights.

You get what seems to be an excellent value for the money: an apartment with a seperate bedroom /queen sized bed), a living room with a full kitchen including a large fridge as well as a washer and dryer.

The bed was comfortable and we like the fact that the bedroom was separated by a sliding door from the rest of the living space.

Good value for money and comfortable bed.

Arrived late and walked into room to find a large pink neon sign ouside my balcony and bedroom.

It was a pleasure to have fresh towels every day, a cleaned room and replenished supplies.

I noticed they do charge for the breakfast.

The hotel provided us with breakfast packs every morning.

I thoroughly enjoyed being so close to everything shops, bars, cafes, the waterfront everything was there within a 5-10 minute walk.

Staff at front desk was helpful the next morning and the shower was really great too.

We had a lovely view of the water from our apartment, the place was very clean and fresh, staff at front desk was helpful the next morning.

The daily service could not have been better and the room is clean - serviced daily.

Convenient to everything the city has to offer, i don't need to climb slopes like other hotels up hill and excellent staff help.

Additionally the cost is excellent, reception is friendly and the rooms are kept clean.

    Central city businesses, the convenience for getting to Britomart Station to catch an early morning long distance train service and two blocks from the famous White Lady burgers. The cost is excellent and a large building is in the process of being consruction across the street. For the price I would have expected better carpets, staff are great and quest on Queen located very near the water front.

    The view was reasonable and the cost was very good compared. The staff were friendly & helpfull, one of the finest apartments I've ever stayed in short term and the small kitchen was well stocked. Drying facilities clean smelled musty.

    The room was in bad shape considering old the building was and being on Queen Street was very noisy at night & you needed airplugs to dull the sound. Additionally the NZ$125 price tag made so attractive for us we could not resisit.
