Great location and from that perspective the cost wasn't too bad.

The views were fantastic but the room was still pretty small and the balcony was a joke - more like a safety rail, 50cm away from the window.
A continental breakfast was meant to be included each day, but no-one delivered on one of the days and as it was a public holiday, no-one was available at reception to request the supplies.
Easy 10 minute walk to city centre, supermarket and viaduct harbour.
Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, this was the kind of service we grew accustomed to as Brits visiting NZ - and liked very much!

Upon initial inspection, the apartment appeared to be clean, until we opened the cupboard and found that the garbage from the previous occupants had not been emptied.
