We liked the location and well located for trams.

Good location - next to Parliament station and clean bathroom.

The location was fantastic, reception was friendly and helpful, the room was just we looking for.

The location was great and quest on Lonsdale was in easy.

The hotel is very quiet and the easy walking distance to public transport.

These rooms were booked in November, and it was confirmed to myself that these will include a double bed and a sofa bed,and priced accordingly.

When we arrived, we checked in with no incidents, until we entered the room and my sister said the sofa is definitely just a sofa, not a bed.

That night we ended up moving the mattress onto the floor of the living room so that a person can sleep there, then the other two people (one of them being my 95 year old granmother) slept on the base of the bed.

Staff are nice and helpful, loved the spa bath in the room for little relaxation time.

I booked a two bedroom apartment for an overnight stay at this hotel for 5 people.

All cooking necessities were available, the dining table and lounge table were big enough to eat on.

No restaurant or cafe within the hotel, however many to choose from within the vicinity of the hotel.

Cheap basic accommodation in a central area of town, location of the hotel was great could not fault the staff and the service was fantastic.

Hopefully this really was because they have just taken over the management of the property, but the difference in service from the diffferent people working at reception does make me wonder.

Location was great too, staff were friendly and helpful, as everyone from the Manager to the Booking Clerks to the Room Attendants were so pleasant.

In a quiet business area of Melbourne and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Car parking was next door in a standard city carpark – which was fine although I’m not sure I’d like to be walking through there as a solo female late at night.

The spa was sublime and much appreciated.

S- The lift should come with a warning, as it was very oooooold and sloooooow- and scaaaaaaaary!

The location was great and quest on Lonsdale was in easy walking distance of shops. Furthermore the decor was modern and staff were very friendly. Apartment size was big and check-in check-out were standard pretty quick.

Quiet location, the staff extremely helpful and design of the room as well as the refurbishment.

Just a few minor niggles: The hotel has only one lift and neither of us drink coffee so we quickly used up our supply.

Cheap basic accommodation in a central area of town, location of the hotel was great could not fault the staff and the service was fantastic. Beds were very comfy.

Receptionist was very friendly spoke extremely quickly and check-in was a little unusual.
