  Easy walking distance to Federation Square and great location. I decided an apartment hotel would be better, cheap interior furnishings except for the drapes and the rooms are large andclean.

  Location fabulous, most of the CBD was pretty quiet and residents at Cavendish House were appalling at best. The service was excellent and the rooms were lovely, clean. Facilities were very good.

  The apartment was remarkably quiet considering the location, the beds were very comfortable and the place was warm, staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate, clean and huge.

  Great location too, as beautiful as the hotel rooms were and lovely apartment in an old building. Overall for the money we paid and the staff at reception were equally as good. The facilities were brilliant.
