Brand-new and excellent quality rooms with balcony. Location very close to Australian Open, and a shopping centre. Great food in the restaurants such as Sarang, located 10 min away...

The hotel is located in a central area surrounded by local shops, cafes, and restaurants on Chapel Street and Toorak Road. the staff members were incredibly helpful and respectful. My room came with a balcony, which was a nice bonus.

The staff here were very helpful and recommended some great local spots; the location is fantastic and within walking distance of everything we needed, with South Yarra area being particularly interesting to explore.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming ambiance of this hotel. The decor had a warm and inviting feel, which made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully decorated with elegant furniture and artwork, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy to maneuver with my walker. Additionally, the staff was always available to assist me with any needs or questions I had. the hotel's decoration and accessibility made my stay enjoyable and convenient for a senior like me.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be a bit more attentive. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, there were times when it took a bit longer than expected to receive assistance or have my questions answered.

i always enjoy returning to Quest on Chapel,the rooms are spacoius,clean and well equiped with all thats required..its location is good with trams out the front and train 10 minutes walk away..Young Anthony who served us at check in/check out was so attentive to our requirements i cant praise him enough..well done youg man.

Everything, it was a short weekend trip with friends but the accomodation was fabulous - wish we had stayed longer!! Great location and just a lovely, clean, nice hotel :o)

My request for an early check in was accommodated without any additional charges. The location on Chapel Street is great with train station within walking distance. The staff, particularly Catherine was very friendly and helpful. My family and I will certainly stay at the same place if we are in Melbourne again.

I always stay at this hotel when in Melbourne. Staff helped with luggage on my first visit. It suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, snack bar, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Everything was good during 1 day, liked its great location close to shops-supermarket. The room was spotless and decent size, had private bathroom. The bed was very comfy and so were the pillows.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. It was so elegant and charming, with beautiful artwork and tasteful furnishings. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfortable seating in the lobby where I could relax and read a book. As a senior woman, I also found the hotel to be very accessible. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. Additionally, the staff were always ready to assist me with my luggage and provide any necessary accommodations. I felt safe and well-cared for during my stay.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person is a bit more assistance from the children working there. While they were generally friendly and polite, there were a few instances where I could have used a helping hand or a bit more attention.

They offer spotless, brand-new rooms with a separate bedroom, a lovely view and the quality for a Quest apartment. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Efficient service and the food is great.

Views are very ordinary.

Quest on Chapel is in a great location. Easy walking distance to train station and on one of the best eating and shopping streets in Melbourne.Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. I will absolutely stay there again.

Only one complaint when booking I was asked if I wanted 1 queen and 2 singles or 1 king, as it was a 2 bedroom suite. I wanted 1 king bed and was disappointed to find that the king bed was 2 singles pushed together. Not what I was expecting.
