We stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Melbourne, close to several commercial centres and Fountain Gate, a substantial shopping mall with excellent eating places. Despite a blind in the living area, it had a good location for exploring the city. The room had a clean bathroom and decent service.

The lobby leading to the room wasn't clean, smelt awful and looked really hideous.

We loved staying at this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location to nearby shops and transport options. The hotel facilities were great, especially the comfortable beds in the clean and spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and provided great service.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and we had a fantastic time! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The location was superb, we were just a stone throw away from malls and restaurants which was convenient for us. The bedding was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We also appreciated the kitchenette and washing machine facilities.

The only issue that we encountered were some ants in the bathroom and living area. Though the hotel staff handled it well, we still found it a bit disturbing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel on the southwestern outskirts of Melbourne. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I needed while in Melbourne. The hotel is conveniently situated near Fountain Gate, a fantastic shopping mall with a variety of excellent eating places. Additionally, the hotel provided a range of services that enhanced my comfort and stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to have a later check-out time to suit my schedule. The facilities in the room were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchenette that had all the appliances, crockery, and utensils I could wish for. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.
