All in all a great place to stay, very good staff were very helpful and professional, bed was superbly comfortable.
Furthermore the rooms are very clean, handy to have kitchen.
The friendly personable staff are sets the quest from anything else in Launceston and the rooms are comfortable and clean, serviced daily.

Good location, great value and facilities were most satisfactory for our needs,staff were very helpfull. The beds were comfy, receptionists were really nice and helpful.

Road noise was very loud making difficult to sleepj, the clock was annoying as went off numerous times throughout the night and kitchen was not clean.
