The location was great and the hotel was very well located.

It would be a great apartment if you had a family with you because of the kitchen/laundry facilities and the location.

Quiet for city accommodation, also in easy walking distance to the supermarket and the central location of the hotel was great.

Staff was friendly location wasalso a bonus and the apartment was spacious.

Stayed at the Hero in June 2004, and if you have 5+ people then the 3 bedroom apartments are great, as they have 2 separate rooms with king size beds and a loft with another king bed.

The location was good & the room accommodated our group and the apartments were spacious for CBD.

Booked a 2 brm suite with 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) for a weekend trip to Melbourne for 2 couples.

The location was great and the hotel was very well located. The best rate I could get was, staff were very helpful and the space in the apartment was fantastic. Kitchen was quite sufficiently equipped to do simple cooking.

Good accomodation-centrally located in CBD and free tourist shuttle bus. Easy check in/out service, comfortable beds is great after beinbg out all day.

The lobby of the hotel is small, some sheer curtains that you cant see through during the day would've been ideal as we had to have the blinds closed all day for privacy.
