The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to shops and transportation. It is close to two major freeways and a train station, making it great for business travelers. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and spacious. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The car park is secure and safe.

One minor drawback was the lack of clear signage for the entrance to the car park, which could easily be missed if not paying close attention.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, providing us with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the kitchen facility, which allowed us to cook our own meals and save on dining out. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of options for eating out and shopping nearby. We highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to park my large van in a double parking bay. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient to get around.

Stayed here over Christmas. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The apartments had great facilities, including laundry. The free parking was a bonus. Enjoyed the ability to charge food to the room.

The apartments facing the main road were quite noisy, even with double-glazed windows. Some residents were loud after the 10pm curfew, and there was no one at reception to deal with it.

The apartment was spacious and had comfortable furnishings. The bed was cozy and nice to sleep on. The onsite gym was well equipped and provided a good workout. The staff were polite and helpful, providing information about nearby attractions and places to eat.

The location was not the best for sightseeing and exploring the city, it was a bit far from the main attractions. The noise from the nearby highway kept us up at night and was quite bothersome.
