The room at Quest was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for my needs. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering a complimentary drink upon arrival which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transport. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect in a home away from home.

The noise from the nearby main road was quite loud at times, making it difficult to sleep. the shower was a bit frustrating to use as it was hard to get the water temperature just right.

This hotel was great! I loved how close it was to everything. The location was perfect because it was right by the railway station and not far from the Sandown race track. The hotel was always clean, and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located nearby a transportation hub and a shopping mall, which provided easy access to everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and gave great suggestions for places to visit in the area. The indoor pool was definitely a plus, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options.

The noise level in the hotel was a bit high and made it difficult to sleep at times. , the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was a bit spotty and could be improved.
