Quest Christchurch Apartment Hotel - 基督城

The location is amazing, right next to the tram stop, centre of christchurch next to the square - perfectly located for tourists.

The place has clean rooms, good loos, superb location (less than a minute away from cathedral square), very friendly staff, parking place at a small extra fee (NZ$10 per day).

This property is great in terms of the location - right in the heart of Cathedral Square.

The only down side is that the trams run through the area beside the hotel, so if your a very light sleeper then maybe this would wake you up early, i think they start about 9am.

Easy to hop on/off the tram and also to walk to most of the main sights.

The location is really convenient, everything inside the hotel room is very clean well-kept and apartments gave us free upgrade from studio to i bedroom.

Location is superb, the bathroom is once again clean nicely built for a hotel and the 3- bedroom apartment is really spacious.

Second, the bathrooms are on the same floor as the bedrooms but are not strictly en suite, as claimed on their web site.

The location is really convenient and the one bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room to spread out.

The bathroom, although compact, was quite adequate and the bed was a lot more comfortable than some that we have slept in.

We liked the fact that the TV swivelled round to face the dining area so that we coukld catch up on the news while we were having our breakfast.

They provide a continental breakfast for every morning which saves you going out first thing in the morning.

Breakfast supplies were replenished each day and were ample.

The kitchen and laundry areas have everything you could possibly need, and essential breakfast supplies are provided.

Two minor quibbles are the fairly basic breakfast that is supplied (but knowing about it in advance we brought some fruit and yoghout with us), and the slow internet in the reception area.

Staff are helpful and there is a free internet service in the reception area.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the ajoining rooms were well fitted out.

Its in a great location just by Cathedral Square, a very pleasant comfortable environment to stay in and the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

Well located, great value for money and the reception staff were super friendly capable.

At $351 per night plus $12 for car parking, for such a central location we felt it was good value for 4 people and would have been excellent value for 6.

It is the most secure place I have ever stayed in with key card access restricting access to guests only - you can't start the lift without swiping your card!

Also parking is available for $10 per day.
