The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a comfortable room and well-equipped kitchenette. The location was convenient, close to the beach and city center, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options available.

The receptionist at Quest was incredibly helpful and made our check-in process a breeze. She had a warm smile and was very accommodating. The room we stayed in was spotless and the bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location of Quest was perfect, being close to Koombana Beach and the Dolphin Discovery Centre. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We found the room pleasant and tidy with nice facilities and enjoyed being close to the city so we could walk to bars and restaurants etc.

A little noisy at times with other guests coming and going and close proximity to Koombana Bay Drive.

The clean and modern environment, within easy reach of the town and beaches. It was also quiet at night which made sleeping easy.

Slight noises from people using the stairs and showering. This could have been avoided at the design/construction stage, but would be difficult to change now.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the ocean and close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy the pool and have a morning swim. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The hotel also offered services like room service and laundry, which were very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent services.

These are very well appointed apartments. Ours was a 1 bedroom and it was comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed, with the exception of a cofee plunger. The reception staff were great and very helpful in directing us to local restaaurants and places of interest. Bunbury is a very good town to stay in. Lots of good restaurants near by, even though they are a bit pricey compared with regional areas in N.S.W. In fact the Perth and South west W.A is all overpriced.Got to love the mining boom.

Our room was upstairs facing the main road which was extremely noisey. Also heard a lot of noise from nearby rooms If these rooms were the only ones available, I definately would not stay there again.

My stay at Quest was fantastic! I was in Bunbury for business and stayed for one night. The unit was modern, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the hot water in the shower was a treat. I also appreciated the ample onsite parking and the friendly staff who provided great recommendations for local restaurants. Additionally, the availability of breakfast at Quest was a unique and convenient feature.

Had a lovely Easter with family, enjoying the beautiful pool and BBQ facilities. The location is a real gem, right across from a safe beach with a great café and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus, we appreciated the complementary wifi and parking!

While we had a great location, the walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. Also, the lack of a restaurant or bar on the property was a bummer, and we felt that the room we stayed in was a bit small for the price.

The Service staff at the apartments were excellent.

The room was a little noisy as it was on the road side and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke!

We were put into a disabled unit-not at our request- and found the shower facilities to be a problem with water on the bathroom floor. We did not request a different apartment as they were obviously very full.
