I found the hotel to be better than expected at a good value rate, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable enough.

Very convenient location - lovely staff and other facilities nearby too.

All their properties we have stayed in have been immaculately clean, and all included a small complimentary breakfast 'fixings' tray in the refrigerator for your 1st night.

Great location and we were very pleased to be able to park for free nearly two hours before our check in time. The hotel was easy to find and even we were right in Queen Street the noise was not intrusive. All services were good and we found the receptionists to be very helpful. Bed was comfortable, continental breakfast included.

The staff had great knowlegde of the area and free car park under hotel was important for us. Reception was friendly and the room was quite big. The buffet breakfast was good.

The only inconvenience was that my apartment situated at a low level in the front of the Queen Street was a bit noisy and just the toilet was a little dirty.

Central city location is great/Free valet parking, we usually find hotel rooms too hot - we liked the fact that we could both turn down the heater.
