  The rate was reasonable and wasn't too far away from the water park, the location was good for us as we were traveling through New York to Vermont. This hotel has had a wonderful restoration and the staff were nice. Our room was clean and the wedding reception was lovely, and the food was delicious.

  The lobby was a little crowded and the mirror was stained and the mattress lumpy.

  Convenient location, nice atmosphere and very family friendly and great price. I also liked the lobby, excellent staff and our kingsize bed was really comfortable. The food we were served was also very good.

  Great location, nice Place and well beyond worth the price we paid. The lobby is a classic, the staff is very helpful and the pool and hot tub are wonderful.

  Location near downtown and excellent hotel. Good for the price, old style" and great customer service will bring me back. The rooms are nice and the indoor pool is clean and attractive.

  The area is very nice and very pretty in glens falls, the hotel is clean. The lobby is huge and staff are all very friendly , polite and efficient. The dining room and pub are fantastic, the new indoor swimming pool is great.

  Great rates for newly decorated room and comfortable surroundings, overall, for a one night stay, worked out fine for me. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, bed was comfy. The bar served excellent cocktails and the food was pretty good, the pool was nice.

  The bathrooms are clean and the tubs are large, and has a nice indoor pool,spa area, this elegant hotel could really be something special. The lobby is spacious and impressive; rather victorian looking, the rates are great and the staff is courteous and professional.

  The on premises restaurant and tavern are good, the decor is beautiful and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The lobby is huge and very nice to look at.

  Great pool area, lovely hotel and in winter, huge fireplace going in the lobby. Staff very nice and friendly, big rooms, the food was good and affordable.
