        The wonderful location cant make up for a room that was shabby and run down, the bed was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

        Hotel had a general worn out appearance and the staff were useless, not very welcoming, and quite rude.

        Great service, lovely comfy bed and the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

        The room we stayed in had fantastic views of the local fells and was clean a little out dated, our welcome on a cold Dec evening was not very warm.
