  A spotless comfortable and modern room, great food.

  Ended up overlooKing the front door of the hotel and service was extremely slow.

  Comfy beds, plenty of sights and good food, great gardens.

  Lunch on patio too expensive for the quality room a little bit too small and the front desk staff were not overly friendly here.

  Service was great and the view was fabulous, the public areas of the hotel were bright, clean. The staff were friendly and room was lovely. The food was incredibly good, the spa was very nice.

  Very convenient location, great stay and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and the food in Tiara was exquisite.

  The location was good for shopping and the beds were very comfortable, upon arrival the hotel was impressive and the staff exceptional. Spa services were wonderful and the shower was great, as was the complimentary wine. The food was great.

  Fresh flowers in all areas including a rose at evening turn down service, staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was especially comfortable. Restaurants were elegant and exceptionally well served.

  The rooms were very comfortable and the location was great, service was excellent. The bathroom was ideal, the food in the Tiara Restaurant and also the Bacchus lounge was delicious.

  Excellent location within niagara on the lake and atmosphere very pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful, great accommodation. Good breakfast at the restaurant, a wonderful choice and beautiful flowered gardens.

  Good location, beautiful setting and the staff are super friendly and helpful and respectful. The room must be newly renovated as is a mix of contemporary design and luxury, the food in the Bacchus Bar Lounge is also great and reasonably priced, the facilities are very nice.

  Beautiful waterfront views from the dining room, very Charming Hotel and the staff were courteous and very helpful. The beds were sooo comfortable, the food was great and the service was outstanding, thanks we will return.

  The location was excellent and within walKing distance to all theatres, dining and shopping, the staff were really helpful and professional, the beds were very comforable and the bedding clean. Breakfast was great too, and there was a lot to choose from.
