The lift was out of order and the Queens Hotel didn't have a bellboy. The Hotel has no swimming pool and hot tub and on the site Booked.net

I had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The central location meant I could easily walk to many of the city's top tourist sites, including the historic center and the river. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with clean rooms and good transportation options.

Very good value. Excellent staff. Great service. Free airport transfers were very valuable. Because I arrived late the first day because of the flight being delayed and left early on the last day they knocked a whole day's payment off of my bill. You get a lot for the room rate including free breakfast, welcome drink and 10% off one meal. The rate is already low for the quality of the hotel.

The balcony could have been a little nicer.

Renovations were going on, so a lot of noise during the day. But they gave me a 5% discount for that, and the new areas looked great so the renovations are needed.

The breakfast was delicious with a good range of choices. Staff members were very polite and friendly in providing bottled water and cleaning services regularly to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants that suited our city break perfectly.

The view from the room was also obstructed by a concrete wall.
