Quay West Suites Brisbane - 布里斯班

The hotel is in an excellent location, and you can walk to everything in the downtown area (but you do not feel that you are downtown as you overlook the park).

Overall, I recommend the Quay West for its location, its nice accommodation and its well trained staff.

Great location - overlooking parkland in quiet but still central part of Brisbane.

We had a one bedroomed self contained apartment with seperate living and dining area, large balcony overlooking the botanical gardens, laundry facilities in room and modern bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub.

The room is really two large rooms (a sitting room with sofa and dining table) and a bed room.

There is a large bedroom with a Queen bed, a small kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a huge balcony with great views.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite as there were 4 of us and there were balconies off each room including the living area.

The rooms are not what I would term a suite, but more of a furnished 1 bedroom apartment.

We ate breakfast at the smallish restaurant, but later found a more interesting cafe in the park across the road.

The only thumbs down would be to the restaurant at breakfast time, the service was non-existent (but may be it was just a busy/off day for them).

The room was comfortable, the kitchen was great and the restaurant food was pretty poor - i'd not eat there.

Close proximity to shops and restaurants, and tours also picked us up from this hotel.

The shops are only a ten minute walk away at most and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

We stayed one week at the hotel and maids serviced the room only two of the seven days without first requiring a phone call to the front desk at 6:30 in the evening requesting maid service.

Room service and the general attitude of the staff to help, when asked, was excellent.

The staff at reception were more than helpful and efficient and every request was responded to immediately.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful.

Internet connection, laundry service, free car parking, lovely shallow swimming pool with spa ,gym and sauna.

The apartments also had lovely heated swimming pool, spa and small fitness room.

The hotel had a good gym, in a private location overlooking the pool.

The apartments were spotlessly clean and the staff were great.

Room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool deck was also fantastic.

In addition the staff was excellent, the apartments were spotlessly clean.

Fantastic value, very friendly staff, great locale, big clean and modern rooms.

I found the room to be spacious (certainly large enough for a comfortable extended stay) clean and well appointed.
