Quay West Suites Auckland - 奥克兰

Near shops and the hotel has a great location.

The Suites are in a great location and the Hotel is very central for all amenities of Auckland - restaurants.

Great location, helpful during entire stay and so customer service as well.

The location could not have been more perfect to access the harbor and the views are the best features of this hotel.

Auckland is an easy city to use public transportation and Quay West is located 1 block from both the train and the ferry, with buses just across the street.

Though be warned that in the two bedroom suite one bedroom is simply 2 single beds and nothing else - separate bathroom and no TV.

However the other bedroom has a lovely big bed, TV and en-suite.

The room had two bedrooms and a sofa bed.

The apartment had a kitchen, livingroom with dining area, laundry, and two balconies (one large facing the water which could be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom, the other small facing the city).

Bed was very comfortable and living room in good condition.

Restaurant on second floor was reasonable although with the location of the hotel there are several other restaurants within walking distance.

We did not eat in the restaurant so have no idea how good or bad it was.

Can't really think of a negative, although the lack of a decent hotel bar (they have an 'executive lounge area' that nobody ever went in) is probably all I can think of.

The location was great, within walking distance to the harbour, shops, restaurants, Sky Tower, etc.

Very good breakfast and more spacious than other choices in Auckland.

Also service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the reception staff were excellent in giving us a fast check-in, the suites were a great size for family or just as a couple.

The staff were fantastic, also there was huge balcony along all the room and front desk had good recommendations on food.

The highlight of the hotel was its pool and spa.

There is a pool and spa done in Roman style.

The rooms are very spacious and kept very clean and tidy, though the maid was a little over zealous and took my phonecard.

Housekeeping did a great job and the apartment always looked fresh when they finished.
