We loved well decorated and brand-new rooms and amazing food.

It was a relaxing hotel in a comfortable area, very close to even Gold Coast, chair lift and car park/ Restuarants and the best restaurants on the mountain. The staff were attentive, everything was modern during our stay. Booked a room with great views of the valleys and rolling hills.

I enjoyed to be there and would love to stay here again. The room I booked was cleaned etc towels and available with underfloor heating and the balcony, as example. The breakfast was savoury and bountiful, the check in was early. Besides, I was able to park nearby. The location was amazing, minute walk from old town I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot for skiing, with easy access to the main lifts and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped with quality appliances and comfortable beds. The spa on the balcony is a great feature, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. Plus, the sauna/steam/spa facilities are a bonus for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

The hotel's room service could use some work as the service appears uninterested in cleaning or tidying the rooms.

We liked the fact that there was everything we needed in one location the value of the rooms were excellent I will be staying again in the future and will be recomending it to every one I know

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Falls Creek, had much fun and met very very helpful and really helpful staff on shift. Booked a room with beautiful views over the opposing mountains.

It was a fabulous base for the weekend. We had a room with a beautiful view. Being close to a huge variety of restaurants was great for us as picky eaters. We went to The Last Hoot a couple of times, which was only a 25-minute walk away.

Our stay here was nothing short of luxurious. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service made us feel pampered. The stunning outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Our room was spacious and elegant with exclusive amenities and private facilities. The restaurant and bar area served delicious food and drinks with a picturesque outdoor dining area. The location was perfect - nestled right in the heart of the mountain, offering easy access to the ski lifts.

The only minor blip was a power outage during our stay. However, the staff handled it efficiently and with professionalism, providing alternative options and ensuring our comfort was not compromised.

Our recent city break in the snowy mountains was quite pleasant. The hotel had a great location, near the slopes and with amazing views. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy for us to cook our meals. The valet service was also amazing, as it made our trip easy and effortless.

There were some downsides. One of our biggest concerns was that the staff were quite young and untrained, which affected the check-in experience.

I loved how close this hotel was to the ski lifts, making it really easy to get on-and-off the slopes. Plus, being close to bars and restaurants was really convenient for grabbing a bite or drink. The room was impeccably clean and the hotel facilities were really high-quality. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all incredibly friendly.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The spa at Qt was heated and ready to go, providing a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, with a nice big bathroom and a great kitchen. The staff we encountered were all lovely and provided friendly and welcoming service. I would definitely recommend staying at Qt for a wonderful and rejuvenating getaway.

The free Thanksgiving dinner was a nice touch and appreciated by my family. the location was conveniently located near the slopes and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and even a sofa bed for extra comfort. The location is perfect, right next to the express lift, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The basic amenities were sufficient and we especially enjoyed the hot tub on the terrace, which provided a relaxing end to a day of skiing. The breakfast, although with limited options, was satisfying and we particularly enjoyed the dessert that was the same every day, giving us something to look forward to.

This hotel was a great find for our stay. the value for money was impressive, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was noticeable, with clean and well-maintained rooms that had all the amenities we needed, including a terrace with a hot tub - a real treat! Lastly, the location was excellent, right in the heart of the village.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was really enjoyable, with no major issues to report.
