Great location, right in the center of the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a romantic escape. The bathroom was big and had a nice bathtub. Breakfast offered a good selection of food and was delicious.

The staff was not very attentive or friendly towards us during our stay. We had trouble getting their attention when we needed assistance.

You can walk to the sea, whiele walking gives you the opportunity to view the place like Moses Mabida staduim, African art, rail roads, etc.

Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly staff, central location with easy access to various restaurants, highways & tourist attractions in the area. I loved the Edwardian feel of the hotel, the wicker chairs on the verandahs and the whole ambience..

Our room was on the corner facing a busy intersection, I would have preferred a room further away from there.

Spent Easter weekend at a quaint hotel near the stadium. The hotel is well located, close to the city center, restaurants and within easy reach of the Sky Car. The rooms are comfortable with big bathrooms. Breakfast was good and served in a lovely building. Friendly staff and a surprising trip to the Sky Car made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has no restaurant or onsite bar, making it hard to have a drink or meal on your own. It's better to go out in groups, given the location, which is not ideal for wandering around.

Street noises at night was something I would not say I enjoyed, but understandably not controllable by the hotel.

Overall an excellent hotel, extremely friendly and efficient staff. Only suggestion is a small bar fridge to be added to the rooms as we had purchased soft drinks and water and there was no place to keep it cool, considering the heat of durban!

very poor service, we did not meet the hotel manager, foob was very dad that we had to eat out for 5 days and the jam restaurant doesent know how to serve the customers some proper food it was just a stay because we had no option...thanx but no thanx
