Staff was competent and decent, I didn't want to leave!
The food was fabulous, drinks were complementary. The hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable position short walk to a restaurant that has pretensions of "fine dining".

My stay was real good for a Western Front Visit. The location was ideal and convenient, near the restaurant which offered great value for money. Moreover, it was relatively near Musee de la Mine Museum.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Noeux-les-Mines, had much fun and met reasonably good staff with the manager giving us. The location for Noeux-les-Mines was perfect, adjacent to Arras, Somme and Calais, an old Manor House which has been modernised and a restaurant that has pretensions of "fine dining". Also, Loisinord Stade de Glisse Ski Resort was 2 km away.

Welcome base for 1 night with superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with the manager giving us. Excellent food options. Smooth check-in, particularly good and unbeatable location short walk to Close to AutoRoute, the public areas and Channel ports. 15 minutes walk from Aldi.

We all thoroughly enjoyed stylish and neat room with bathtub and safe snd mini bar plus lovely wine. The staff was exceptional, pleasant, no complains at all. Marvellous and easy location, the hotel was close to a motorway.

The location of this hotel was just right for us to break a long journey. We were on our way to Calais and needed a convenient place to stay overnight. Even though the area where the hotel is located is not what you would regard a holiday spot, once inside the grounds of the hotel, it felt like a different world. The staff at the hotel were all lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. From the good welcome on reception to the attentive service throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. The rooms were of a good size and very comfortable, and we even got a room with garden access which was a nice bonus.

A well appointed and pretty standard hotel in Noeux-les-Mines with incredibly welcoming staff with the manager giving us. Location - excellent and ideal, not far from the motorway network, the river, and an old Manor House which has been modernised. Also, to eurotunnel from Provence.

The hotel's location was magnificent, near the Channel Tunnel, and Cambrai. I stayed in en suite room with good heating, bathroom and very comfortable bed as expected.
