My business trip to Aurillac was made even better by my stay at The Originals Boutique, Grand Hotel Saint-Pierre. The wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool and sauna was a great way to relax in the evening after a long day of work. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a soothing atmosphere to unwind and rejuvenate. , the one hour a la carte treatment for two people was a luxurious treat that left us feeling pampered and refreshed. The hotel definitely knows how to create a serene and peaceful environment for its guests.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the limited availability of parking spaces.

The mattress on the bed was quite hard. The light in the vestibule for our room didn't work. Sometimes the toilet kept flushing water several minutes after use until you pushed the button down a second time

The room was well set up, but small and dark. It was fine for one night, but rather depressing for a longer stay.

The hotel had a very convenient location and the public car park was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and tried to speak English, which was helpful. They offered a good breakfast with various options to choose from.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities. The room was poorly designed with only one reading light and no place to put the luggage.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. It is conveniently located in the center of town, close to good restaurants and shops. Plus, being next to the river provides a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The room got very hot in the early hours, bed uncomfortable as mattress was hard. You could hear traffic and people outside when the window was shut so windows need modern double glazing.

They do not speak English or Spanish, so it was hard to communicate with them. The parking place was full, so we had to park it in the middle. In the morning they phoned us to our room to move our car because another car could not go out. We had to pay as we had stayed in a normal parking place, what I find unfair.

The hotel had a charming old-world decoration that made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The elegant furniture and beautiful artwork added a touch of class to the general areas of the hotel. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessible layout of the hotel, with ramps and handrails in place to assist mobility. It made moving around much easier for me.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes I had difficulty understanding them or getting the information I needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the main center of the city, as well as the lovely view of the mountains from our room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. Parking was secure and easily accessible.

Our stay in this hotel was simply superb. The location was perfect, being very central and close to plenty of good bars and restaurants. our room was cozy and comfortable, with great facilities in the bathroom as well. The service was absolutely outstanding - the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The delicious breakfast was a highlight of our stay as well. Lastly, our room had an incredible view which made us feel right at home.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
