We want to visit Luzern but we stayed here at night, just to avoid overly priced hotels in Luzern. Room is large, clean with nice facilities. A range of tea and coffee selections are provided in the room, which is great. Breakfast is good. Good value for money.

The Zug region is rather expensive, if you arrive late at night, don't expect to find much fair priced restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location was incredibly convenient, as it was just a stone's throw away from the train station. This made exploring the area a breeze and saved me valuable time. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, boasting large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Finally, the bar area was a comfortable and inviting space to relax and unwind after a long day, offering a great selection of drinks. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast provided - it was absolutely delicious and offered a wide range of options to suit every palate.

There was really nothing negative to mention about this hotel.

The main problem is the location, all you have is gas station and lake and thats it, you will have to take the train to go to ZUG main city and its nice. I loved it that they have a smoking rooms in the hotel. if you are going to this side of ZUG I really recommend this hotel.

It had everything I needed - free internet, bottled water, comfortable bed. I also did not realize that it had a little kitchen. I didn't need it for this stay but was good to know for future stays.

The location is handy but not glamorous.

The rooms at Swisshotel Zug are cozy and comfortable, with cable TV to keep me entertained after a long day of work. It feels like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the minibar to be a bit overpriced.

The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. We enjoyed using the reliable free Wi-Fi during our stay. Plus, the views from the room were breathtaking!

We did notice the lack of options for dinner at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel is situated close to the waterfront and train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The free water bottles and strong WiFi were also appreciated. Great Location and Comfortable Rooms

We had a lovely city break stay at a hotel that was conveniently located. The hotel was situated away from the bustling city downtown, but it was still easily accessible. there were convenience stores nearby if we needed to grab any snacks for our day out. The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. there was free parking available.

Although the hotel had its own restaurant, the dining options were quite limited. the breakfast was average with not many options to choose from.

Comfortable, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good location if travelling by car, good food, good value for money.
