Quality Suites Near Universal Studios Orlando - 奥兰多

Very conveniently located near I4, the location of the hotel was very central for all attractions and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Peaceful location, but very close to Universal, Sea World, Dining, shopping and International Drive.

The location is great which is close to Universal Studios and International Dr.

3 a day all at inconvient times, i would advise getting taxis as the bus only takes u to epcot and u have to make yr own way from there.

The shuttles to the Disney theme parks are a bit inconvenient for a family with a young child but great if you want to spend the whole day there, although taxi fares back aren't too expensive, as we found out on a couple of occasions.

We had a suite with a sofa bed in the living room and two double beds in the bedroom, ideal arrangement for my partners 10 year old who had the sofa bed and his own tv, giving us a bit of peace and quiet and privacy.

Our room - Much smaller than photos I saw, it had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa bed.

The separate bedroom and living room were great when the kids went to bed.

There's a separate living room area with a sofa bed, desk, refrigerator, microwave and television.

Nice having the suite with lots of space and sofa-bed.

There certainly was a bigger selection of food items than at any other complimentary breakfast we have ever eaten at.

As well, that same check out girl was in the breakfast area and was speaking Spanish to another employee and making rude comments about how people looked and how they were eating.

In my opinion Chillies Restaurant was our best joint to eat out.

We did not use the shuttle to Universal or Sea World, but 2 mornings when we were eating breakfast the shuttle driver came in to make a last call.

Found the hotel easily and its right in the heart of the tourist area so you can walk to the shops and restaurant's if need be.

I will like to commend the desk agents and the house keeping staff for their service during my stay at the hotel; especially, the assistance extended to me by the General Manager- Deborah Loftis was greatly appreciated.

Each of the staff for great service, clean rooms and there's hot breakfast from 7 - 10am.

On arrival we were checked in quickly, however at other times reception did seem slow as there was often only one receptionist working - just your luck I guess.

Universal/IOA/Wet & Wild, free shuttle if not using car, free happy hour (2 hours), quiet area but close to I-drive, pool temperature & outside spa.

14 2008 i awake to go down stairs to get a tea and there was a notice on the pool and spa area that says pool and hot closed temp.

The pool was small, and the jacuzzi was not functional on any night that we stayed.

We had no problems, beds were fresh and clean.

Room was clean/tidy, but very worn, and the floors were filthy!

The rooms were clean and the Breakfast was hot.

Staff was great, hot tub were always clean and the complimentary drinks every evening were cool.

It is true that it needs some updating, the carpets are worn, but the room was clean.
