The rooms at Quality Suites Albuquerque Airport are large and good. Most of the staff were wonderful and amazing. I really appreciated the comfortable bed in my room. The location is marvelous and perfect. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to various places. There are healthy meal options available, and a Chili's Grill & Bar is nearby.

The staff here was very friendly and nice, making the stay enjoyable. Rewritten: The room I had wasn't cleaned properly, there was broken glass in the drawer, but it had a pull-out bed available.

Comfortable and newly remodelled hotel, it was worth its 3 stars. I had a fine stay, the staff were really helpful and accommodating, always trying their best.

The location.

We found a cockroach in our room. When we advised the front desk personal of our findings she was unresponsive. She did not offer any amenties for our dissatification or even a simple friendly apology. Greatly dissatified with the room, the quality of service, and most importantly, the cleanlyness of the facility.

It was definetly the nicest room and least expensive of all the rooms we stayed in during our vacation out west. The staff was very accomodating when allowing us to check in early since we had a rental car to drop off, and also helped with getting us transportation to the airport. Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Albuquerque.
