Jam, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Queens gardens and other tourist spots were very close to this venue. Free parking was provided to the guests: )

We found ourselves in a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to all areas of the city we wanted to explore. Our room had a nice view of the surrounding area and was comfortable for our stay.
The lack of information provided in our room about cleaning and rubbish disposal was frustrating and made our stay less enjoyable.

From the Flinders Market to a wide variety of restaurants, we were able to explore the city with ease. The sitting area and dining table provided ample space for relaxation and meals. The patio with garden furniture was a lovely touch, allowing us to enjoy the balmy weather. The apartment we stayed in was quite comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great and very convenient for exploring the area, as there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
That there was some construction work going on nearby, which made it a bit noisy at times. , the check-in process was a bit confusing, and we had to go to a different location to get our keys.
