The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from a 24-hour petrol station and a McDonald's. It was really convenient to have these options nearby, especially when we needed a late-night snack or a quick meal. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and approachable, always willing to help with any questions or requests we had.

One of the major issues we encountered during our stay was the condition of the room. The door to the toilet/bathroom could not be closed at all, which was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Sauna was not available, swimming pool was occupied by aerobic class- no space for hotel guests.

It's easy commute to Katowice via freeway. I used free parking onsite. Restauracja Kwartet, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel...

Thank you for the very good stay for business trip. The venue has new-fashioned rooms with old walls and affable staff. They serve savoury and tasty breakfasts for all tastes with delicious freshly baked rolls & bread. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, 3 km from An 1888 When Municipal Park.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet provides a wide variety of options, including soft boiled eggs and espresso.

The room was clean; sauna and pool facilities - good near the hotel there is a big shopping center with 24hrs McDonalds and kfc

1) We have booked a double room with comment "one big bed". Instead, were given a twin. Comments disregarded 2) no bath towels in the room. Upon our request to reception we received 2 small ones, but still no bath, which never arrived 3) telephone in the room not working. Even to request reception for towels had to go downstairs 4) internet is just cable, no wifi. Cables were provided, but were damaged. it's better if you bring your own 5) public transportation to/from the hotel is NOT evident and simple. Get detailed directions both ways before you go. If arriving by car it's easier, the hotel is next to high-way

We stayed at a hotel near the OFF Festival, and the location was superb. It was just a 10-minute walk away, which made it convenient for us. The room had excellent soundproofing, as we didn't hear any noise from the construction work or the festival. The air conditioning was perfect for the summer, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The room was tidy and clean, and we also enjoyed the nice restaurant downstairs. We would definitely stay here again if we visit.

We organized the sickest party ever in the event space and the staff was so chill about it. The rooms were lit, had all the amenities we needed, and even had free coffee to cure our hangovers. The indoor pool was the bomb, perfect for pool parties and cooling off after a night of dancing. it was a dope experience for young people looking to have a wild time!

Just one thing, man. We wished they had a nightclub or a bar with banging music on-site.

Location, hotel is off the a4 motorway

Room wasn't clean- dust everywhere and hair in soap dispenser, but no soap. When booking hotel, I made sure it gas got car park on the premises, as we were driving from UK, however I got asked to pay for car park when checking out after the second day. I have refused as such information wasn't given at all about charges of the car park when I was reserving the room either checking inn. Very polite receptionist told me that she's "letting ne off" this time. Well judge it for yourself. I will never stay there again.

The room was nice. There are few big supermarkets and McDonalds near by. There are a highway right near the hotel so it may be noisy.

but hotel location and the price of the breakfast was a bit too high.
