The location was magnificent and good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were updated and impeccably clean with private bathrooms. We spent 1 night and would stay here again.

Good bed, clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a private safe in the room. A lot of goodies for breakfast. The staff - consistently courteous and pleasant.

We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back there. Overall had decent stay for the price. The staff was nice, courteous, nothing to complain about. There was plenty of great meals. The hotel location was marvellous, off the beaten track.

Clean accommodation, outstandingly accommodating staff. Excellent and good location within a close distance from Orpheum Theatre. Good choice of food options relatively close to the venue. An excellent restaurant on site.

The breakfast was exceptional, with freshly made omelets and a variety of options. We were greeted warmly by the staff and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I was a little worried when I pulled into the parking lot, the hotel isn't in the best part of town. However, I was pleasantly suprised when I went inside. The staff was very professional and helpful, the room was very clean, and the outside door was locked at night for safety ( a staff member was always available to let guests in after dark). I picked this hotel because it was a good value and was very close to a business conference I was attending.

It's close to downtown and quiet; exactly what I needed when I came back for the night. Free wi-fi is also a plus.

The continental breakfast is a small selection, so don't expect gourmet. Its just enough if you need a quick bite to eat before you leave though.

The shuttle bus service offered by the hotel was a great perk, taking us to and from the concerts without any hassle.

We lived in the queen room with a great TV and microwave, as example. The hotel was impeccably clean with outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice staff.

The location in a sketchy area was magnificent. The room I booked was updated and clean and available with the AC as well as a great TV.

As for me, the area was not great.

The lobby artwork and unique furniture create a stylish atmosphere. The room is equipped with everything needed, including a Keurig for coffee. Breakfast offers made-to-order omelettes that are delicious. The central downtown location makes navigation and finding restaurants easy. We plan to return and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed my great stay for the price. I booked queen room with microwave, a great TV plus the AC. A microwave oven, a fridge, and a washing machine were very handy. Particularly good location, it was just next door to Old Town and Lawrence DuMont Stadium.

Very quiet. Comfortable, clean rooms. Next to the medical facility I was visiting. I will definitely go back if I need to.

Attending a concert at Intrust Arena, we were delighted to find 316 Hotel nearby. The lobby had a modern look and a refreshing complimentary water station. Check-in was a breeze and our room exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The highlight of our stay was the homemade omelet breakfast, served by a friendly staff member. We were also pleasantly surprised with the complimentary happy hour and the affordable room rate. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.
