The hotel was the best base for enjoying an industrial area, right by the ADO bus station, the roof garden, and other restaurant in the center. We were in a great location not very far from Plaza del Sol.

it was a perfect central hotel which had good service. the location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, for example, bicentennial park was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. it was also close enough to other restaurant. the personnel were really helpful.

The staff were superbly friendly and amiable and always had a smile. My king room with good ventilation, a magnificent view was decent sized and exceptionally nice👍

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being close to the ADO bus station, making it convenient for us to travel. We also loved that there were plenty of dining options nearby, including a fantastic BBQ place just across the street. The street behind the hotel had everything we needed and felt safe to walk around. The fact that there were lifts instead of stairs was a plus, as it made it easier for us to navigate the hotel. We also appreciated the availability of Uber in the town, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

Being able to check in early after an exhausting overnight ADO bus ride was a great relief. I appreciated the proximity of this hotel to the bus terminal, as I only had to walk 1km to check-in. The location was quite central, with plenty of restaurants and food carts nearby. Moreover, the street where the hotel is situated felt safe, and I had a lot of things I needed. Lastly, I must commend the staff of this hotel for being caring and attentive during my stay.

Can honestly say there were no negatives about this hotel and my experience staying in this city.

Located close to a variety of attractions. The room was clean when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool area.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They did not fix the broken air conditioning in our room.

We stayed at a hotel during the Easter holiday that was centrally located with easy access to many restaurants and shops. Two complimentary breakfasts were included which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were a few stray hairs in the bedding and the bathroom floor needed a good scrub.
