The staff were both affable and accommodating. Booked the hotel for its amazing location close to Kings Island amusement park, nearby Cincinnati and movie theater. Also, it was 15 min drive from The Golf Center.

I loved my well-stocked and newly remodelled room with sofa and king bed, as example. The location turned out to be comfy and ideal, just off Miami Valley Gaming and many restaurants, movie theater and shopping and King's Island. The employees were attentive and excellent.

The rooms were stocked and recently renovated and complete with the bathroom and microwave and refrigerator. Its peaceful, secluded location was a plus. All of the stuff were attentive, excellent.

Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants areas and shopping areas that can be driven to easily, a grocery store, and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, a pharmacy, and gas stations.

We had an excellent stay for my value.

The queen room was updated and reasonably large with 2 queen beds.

Thank you all for a good stay on vacation. The location was convenient because it was really close to many restaurants, movie theater and shopping and the Heritage Oaks park where the tournament was held and major tourist attractions.

The location of the property was convenient and ideal as we where not far from the park and all the food locations around and a poorly managed establishment and other attractions such as restaurants, stores, and other ativities/attractions.

It was a little hotel in a really quiet area, just off a grocery store, a pharmacy, and gas stations, Mason, Ohio, and the Cincinnati area restaurants. The property provided great prices. The location of the hotel was marvellous and unbeatable - at a moderate distance from a private school: D

It was in a secluded location, in the area in April. The service was great and the pool was very clean. No reason to complain, I had a nice stay and would stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed the secluded location and how clean the place was kept. Updated rooms with 2 queen beds and pleasant staff, everything was great. Fabulous restaurant served local specialties.

We had a such great time in this small hotel in Mason. Greatly enjoyed how the surprisingly large room with 2 queen beds was arranged when we arrived. Our accommodation was set in a secluded location really close to all the food locations around, Miami Valley Gaming and the Cincinnati area restaurants. Furthermore, to an event in downtown Cincinnati.

We were pleasantly surprised by the newly remodeled rooms at Suburban Studios. They were fresh and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

It was away from all the congestion within Mason. More in a country setting. The staff prepared a room on ground floor for us when they found out It was difficult for me to climb stairs.

Rooms were not cleaned, no clean towels or washcloths, no soap to bathe. Garbage not emptied. Beds not made. When staff was informed of the problem they reported the cleaning staff did not come in that day. If guests are staying then cleaning services should be provided. Breakfast food was not cooked . We ate around 8:30 one morning and 9:00 but the sausage and eggs were not cooked either morning.. There was no regular coffe creamer for coffee only favored creamers. The pastries were dry. The waffles stuck to the pan and came out in pieces.
