I greatly enjoyed my stay on vacation at Quality Inn & Suites in Gatineau. The restaurant had very nice wait staff, and the food was delicious - we both ordered hot dishes. The location in a nice area was unbeatable, with a large shopping mall and a convenience shop nearby.

Quiet location, a shopping center (Adonis) only a few hundred meters away. Nice man at the reception on the 2nd day (in contrast to the arrival day)
Far away from Ottawa, at least 20 minutes drive. On arrival the lady at the reception was totally stressed out, the parking lot was full, there was some event in the house; first we got the wrong keys for the room.

Nice facility, well received during arrival.
1. Stayed there 2 nights...they forgot to clean room/make bed/change towels after the first night. 2. At 4:00 am the second night (Sat night)- drunk females screaming up and down the hallway, eventual police intervention. At check-out, when asked about how my stay was, I told the clerk about my experience. He replied.."Sorry- nothing I can do about that". LOL.

The pool area is heated. Regular sized and newly decorated rooms with private bathrooms and necessary facilities.- Appetizing and fresh food.- Excellent, unbeatable location close to the shopping center and a 15-minute walk from Gatineau Sports Centre.

The breakfast was hot, the views were nice, the location is perfect being very close to Canada and a shopping mall, and the rooms are beautifully maintained and well-appointed with hypoallergenic and feather pillows, making for a comfortable stay.

A simple hotel, which can be recommended in any case. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and there was sufficient parking space. If you want to go to Ottawa and not necessarily with your own car, you can also do it by bus (the journey takes about 30 minutes and saves the parking fees in the city).
