  The view was amazing, the bedding and window treatments were a nice quality, the front desk staff person was pleasant. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Before a waitress came anywhere near us and the indoor pool was big and maintained well.

  The suite was very clean and impressive, and had a great view of the river and downtown Des Moines, the Quality Inn was handy to the interstate. No staff came near us, the room was spacious and comfortable, the free breakfast was basic.

  The living room area had nice furniture and a large screen tv, location excellent for downtown business, was the purpose of my stay, front desk folks were pleasant and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was great and the pool was clean.

  The view from our room was of the state capital was cool at night, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, and the bedroom itself was spacious and clean. Food was good.

  Our room had a nice view of the capitol and the staff were very accomodating for the needs of the conference. Beds and linens were budget friendly at best.

  The price was great for the location, the front staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and housekeeping ladies were very friendly.

  A nice view over the river and des Moines can do better.

  Inside the rooms the bathrooms are disgusting and the elevators are tiny and dirty as are the hallway carpets.

  Location was handy to the event center easy to get to and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was great, the hot breakfast was a nice treat each morning.

  A hot tub would be a nice addition to the indoor pool area, the hotel is in a great spot to go to the fair.
