It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the smoke alarm and a jacuzzi, for example and that's great.

There was pool to be needed.

Everything was brand-new, the wifi was free. The room was attractively furnished and great-sized with a shower, a dryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were extremely comfy. The staff was very attentive, great services. The location was good, for example, Evo Entertainment Movie Theater was relatively close to the hotel. Also, the area was beautiful.

The location is marvellous and convenient and the staff is very enthusiastic. It has updated and new-fashioned rooms to offer with fresh towels as well as a jacuzzi.

Overall had really really nice stay for two nights. The employees were very attentive and kept it all fairly clean. Good and unbeatable location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. It was a beautiful area close to expressway.

Great area, central location next to both Austin and San Marcos, other major places, and the airport. Tea and coffee making facilities, a sitting area, and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Everything was clean and brand-new. Good hot breakfast with biscuits, fresh juice plus sausage and excellent location. Location not far from the San Marcos shopping outlets. Also, close to all the local attractions.

The breakfast was satisfactory with fresh juice, waffles, biscuits, the location was comfy and quiet. We were met by very amiable, top-class personnel.

The location was particularly good and the room was clean. The accommodation was close to highway. In general the staff were helpful and respectful. We stayed in a beautifully maintained room with a sofa sleeper, and liked it.

They need new sheets, they are old & thin The AC is terribly noisy, had a hard time sleeping. Hated the moth ball smell, it is terrible.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff is attentive. The room is spacious and has amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a sitting area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Location: the hotel was next to Near Austin, and the airport. The breakfast was warm with biscuits, waffles and fresh juice and attention to detail.

When you enter the lobby area, it had an overwhelming smell - an order that smelled like moth balls or that is the closest smell I can equate to what we were smelling. The rating I submitted above could have been much higher but the smell was so off putting. The appearance of the hotel common areas, room etc. was neat, clean and welcoming; however, the smell made us want to turn around and leave - maybe we would have if we had a choice at another hotel in the area. They were all booked. Also the reason we would not recommend this facility to any of our friends or relatives - there is a big difference between a facility that has a welcoming smell and one that has a smell that is so strong that it takes your breath away!
